Palletisers RMS 1 or 2

Palletizer robot for loads up to 30 Kgs.
Fitted with a 2 pillar metallic structure and a control panel integrated in the pillar. Available in version 1 or 2 depending on the need to palletize either one or two pallets at the same time.
Version 2 is designed for plants that need to palletize two pallets simultaneously or select, in either one, the type of case, at the indication of an external sign, or simply optimize the waiting time between pallet changes.

Automatic pick-and-place robot for case palletizing

FEATURES
The pick-and-place robot RMS-1 meets all the expected performance for a 4 cartesian axis robot. From the built-in infeed conveyor, the RMS-1 can pick the product and place it onto a pallet. The unit is geared by a 4-axis digital control featuring a PLC for the auxiliary functions. The RM-1 can be fitted with vacuum cups, clamps or other means to pick objects of several sizes and shapes and place them in any type of pattern onto the pallet. Once it has been programmed, all that's needed is to select the required program to have the sequence and pattern repeated as many times as required.
