CPK 8401/8402
The series of case packers models CPK 8401 and 8402 are mainly conceive to pack all types of bottles that can be easily picked up by pneumatic pipes.
Model CPK 8401 is a top load case packer through a mechanical system with a fix sequence to pick up-lift-move-lower-place through a head that rotates through a guided line. The rotary movement can be adjustable depending on bottle type a size.
The model CPK 8402 is similar to 8401 although fitted with double head for production increase.
The new mechanical casepacker CPK-84001 is a
machine with a simple but sturdy design. Operation and maintenance are easy; it may fill cases with products such
as bottles, bags, packs and is, therefore, the suitable
complement for the carton erectors range manufactured
by DNC.
This model's versatility makes it easily adaptable
to any product casing requirement: its design allows the
changeover of the driving elements without any other
modification. Thus, the product weight has no effect.
Moreover, it offers the possibility to change the
operational speed to meet each product requirements, as
well as different product casing just by changing the picking
and centering systems in a format changeover.
A photocelll will control the product accumulation; the
unit will complete several cycles before stopping due to product
lack, and it will restart when enough infeed is resumed. Casing may
be effected at different heights just with a simple program change.
The CPK-8401 is prepared for casing in B-1 cartons,
but its robustness allows using plastic cases and similar: The
unit has been developed following th European Union CE safety
standards.
